Warranty

  • All VGSI Service Technician are trained to use VGSI Modular Based Maintenance the most advanced preventive maintenance method in the industry. Beside, they continously receive trainings to ensure that they have latest technical knowhow of both VGSI and other manufacturers’s equipment.

Standard maintenance

  • To apply oil and grease regularly to needed lubrication points as per the technical requirement, to check the operation of the mechanical part, electronic board, software of the equipment, to exam the Lift Equipment regularly at periods in accordance with VGSI Standard and in line with Government Regulations existing at the date of this Agreement.
  • 24/7 Customer Care Centers ensure peace of mind for customers and end users. Our centers’ end to end process to follow through service requests from receiving call, to dispatching a technician to site, to successful resolution of the request.
  • To report for the regular visit as well as any attendance of trouble shooting or else;
  • To deliver and install spare parts as soon as receiving the agreement of replacement

ZePMS – Cloud based Predictive Maintenance System

ZePMS is the most intelligent technology of ZEIT elevator system. This system connects ZEIT elevators & escalators in the cloud. This robust connectivity predicts equipment failures, provides real-time information to customers, VGSI technicians and customer service centers, and a range of personalized solutions for customers.

The system processes the data in the cloud and compares parameters of over 100 elevator components with their design life span. The parameters include actual operation times, running distance and running time, etc. When it comes near the component’s designed life span, the system automatically generates a maintenance message to the smartphone of the service technicians.

REAL TIME
REMOTE MONITORING

An elevator remote monitoring system based on real-time network communication. It can be connected to the building management center, property management unit, fire control center and even smart phone terminal for maintenance people.

  • ZeMS can monitor elevator real-time running and can report to the monitoring center.
  • All Zeit elevators are equipped with the ZeMS as an option.
